At the moment we have only two wines in our range a 2009 Malbec and a 2010 Chardonnay. Below is our winemaker's, David Kingsbury, tasting notes.
Malbec
Appearance: Upfront burst of berry fruits. The palate weight is excellent with good roundness
and soft but full tannic structure. The wine persists in the mouth finishing with good complex fruit
and oak characters.
Nose: Clear, bright with brick red and violet tinges
Palate: Fruit driven nose with hints of blackberry and mulberry with a touch of vanilla oak.
Chardonnay
Appearance: Upfront citrus and lemon fruit, good crisp acid giving the wine good balance. The
wine has good persistence in the palate and finishes with excellent fruit characters with hints of
citrus and toast.
Nose: Clear, bright with green straw tinges.
Palate: Good citrus overtones with added complexity.
